We use documentation as evidence to support each claim.
At ForexDemo.com, we gather information from brokers, platforms, technology providers, and regulators. Our goal is to help you compare account conditions easily while keeping important details clear.
Having documentation does not mean we have personally tested the feature. A source can show that a provider describes a feature, but it does not guarantee that you will be accepted, that registration will work, or that orders will perform as expected.
For this directory, we have not opened demo accounts, placed trades, connected APIs, or tested managed-account or fund-accounting workflows. Instead, we reviewed documentation and, when available, public signup pages. Just because a signup page is reachable does not mean registration has been fully tested.
These points are true even if the source is a regulated firm. Regulation, product availability, client eligibility, and service performance are all separate issues. This directory does not give safety scores, predict returns, or certify any provider.
Research the offering, not just the brand.
A broker’s name is just the starting point. For demo accounts, a good research record shows the legal entity, platform, and region covered by the evidence. Two listings under the same brand can describe different account setups.
We do not assume that a finding for one platform or affiliate applies to another. For example, a documented web-platform demo does not guarantee the same balance, expiry, or API access on that broker’s MetaTrader account. Features in a live account do not always match what is available in a simulator.
The research region shows which documentation we reviewed, not whether you are eligible. Some sources cover more than one entity or do not specify country routing. These limits are kept in the record. Before you register, check which company will provide the service and if it accepts residents from your country.
We keep qualifiers on amounts and terms. A starting balance, a maximum balance you can select, and a group-level advertised amount are all different. We do not guess unknown currencies, assume an unspecified expiry means unlimited use, or treat a restricted live product as proof of what is in a demo.
Follow a claim to the source that owns it.
Different sources answer different questions. A regulator’s register shows which entity is authorized and what permissions it has. An account agreement explains who you contract with and their execution role. Platform technical documents explain APIs. A broker’s demo terms describe its practice-account conditions.
- Account and product sources: official demo pages, account terms, help articles, signup information and provider documentation.
- Execution and legal sources: agreements, execution policies, disclosures and regulator materials relevant to the entity and product.
- Technology sources: official API documentation, product specifications and institutional-service descriptions.
Discovery lists can help you find possible options, but they do not prove a capability. If a record has only an incomplete direct-page check, it is marked as such and should not be considered fully verified.
Conflicting or inaccessible sources stay visible.
Official pages may disagree, redirect to another country, describe a different platform, or leave out an effective date. We keep these disagreements and their details in the record instead of choosing the more appealing term. If we cannot resolve an issue, we make that clear.
Source links let you check the supporting material yourself. The review date shows when we looked at the source, but it does not guarantee the wording is still the same. Be careful when using archived or older documents to explain current terms.
Read the label with the qualification.
The finder uses both summaries for each record and labels for individual claims. A documented demo might still have an unverified API route or an unresolved expiry rule. One positive label does not mean the whole record is verified.
| Label | How to interpret it |
|---|---|
| Documented | The reviewed source supports the stated detail within its recorded scope. No hands-on test is implied. |
| Broker-reported | A description is attributed to the broker, such as an execution arrangement or similarity claim. It is not an independently measured result. |
| Conditional / Conditions apply | Access or terms depend on stated requirements, configuration or further confirmation. Read the conditions before relying on the feature. |
| Requires Verification | The research has not established the claim for this offering. Unknown does not mean unavailable. |
| Not offered | An explicit source supports an exclusion within the stated scope. We do not use this label simply because we failed to find a feature. |
| Sources conflict / Conflicting sources | Relevant statements disagree and the difference remains unresolved. The record explains the conflict. |
| Some details unconfirmed / Direct check pending | The record is incomplete or the direct-source check is outstanding. Treat its unresolved fields accordingly. |
| Not recorded | A value, such as virtual funds, has not been recorded. It is not zero and should not be guessed. |
| Live retail restricted | A live-product restriction is recorded separately from demo availability. It does not establish what the simulator permits. |
"No fixed expiry" is a category for account conditions, not a rating of evidence. It describes the expiry statement we reviewed, but it does not promise that access will always be available. Inactivity limits, fixed durations, and conflicting terms each have their own categories.
Coverage is broad, but uneven.
This directory is for research purposes and is not a complete worldwide register. The following snapshot is from . Even after a full review, some questions may remain unanswered.
- Demo finder: 129 offering records across 59 broker brands. Four records across three brands retain pending direct-page checks.
- Execution and demo realism: the research pass covers all 129 offerings, but individual contractual roles, execution arrangements and simulation details are not all established.
- Demo markets: 11 offerings have received the additional market-coverage review. Other market fields remain unverified.
- Public demo API access: eight exact offerings have been reviewed for the finder; six have a documented or conditional demo route. A broader API research inventory does not automatically qualify entries for this filter.
- Professional Services: 19 firms have initial profiles, with 14 documented or conditional managed-account offerings and four fund-accounting offerings.
Filters show the evidence we have. If you get an empty result, it does not mean no firm offers the service you want. For example, using a documented market or demo API filter will leave out records where that feature is still unknown.
The demo finder sorts matching offerings alphabetically by broker. This order is not a ranking or a recommendation. Use the comparison to check conditions, and be sure to read the qualifications and source material.
Two professional services, assessed independently.
Managed Accounts involve technology that allocates trading instructions across individual client accounts. When documented, they also report account-level results or manager fees.
Fund Accounting deals with the books and investor records of a pooled fund. It includes things like investment transactions, portfolio valuation, NAV, investor capital, and fee calculations, but a product may only cover some of these. We identify investor-only accounting separately from portfolio-and-investor accounting.
A firm may offer both services, just one, or neither. We review each service based on its own evidence. A brokerage P&L report or portfolio analytics tool alone does not prove a complete fund-accounting system. If a second service is unknown, it does not mean the firm does not offer it.
Evaluation methods also vary. A manager trading demo, an approved-client paper account, a software evaluation, and a vendor-led sales demonstration are not the same. Each listing shows the type of access documented and any remaining questions. Requirements for commodity-pool operators, specific modules, and jurisdictional suitability still need to be confirmed for each case.
Dates, checks and corrections.
Different parts of a record may have different research dates. Demo terms, signup pages, execution findings, and API access might be reviewed at different times. Updating one field does not mean other evidence has been newly verified.
We do not offer continuous monitoring or promise regular review intervals. Before you open an account, check the official terms for the entity and platform you plan to use. A new date on this guide does not update every broker source.
A helpful correction names the firm, legal entity, platform, disputed statement, and the official source that supports the change. The review should show if the new information replaces an older statement, relates to another account, or leaves a real conflict. The affected claim and its date can then be updated without changing unrelated findings.
Automated checks help find missing source references, mismatched entity or platform records, and unsupported filter categories. However, they cannot confirm if a provider’s statement is accurate in practice. Rebuilding the directory does not count as a new source review.
Experience informs the questions. Sources support the listings.
ForexDemo.com is developed by a former professional Forex trader with over 40 years of experience. This background gives the project a practical view of what traders need to look into.
The biography does not mean that every broker, platform, or service listed has been personally used or endorsed. Experience and documented evidence are different, and neither should replace a test that has not been done.
The site uses AI to help with research, drafting, and development. Source links, clear qualifications, and automated checks make the work easy to inspect. However, these do not make generated text into independent verification. The limits described here apply to both the guides and the directory.
Use the evidence to build a shortlist you can investigate.
