This notice describes the current ForexDemo.com website. You can browse and compare directory listings without a ForexDemo.com account. Plausible and Google Analytics are disabled, and no contact or email-subscription form is active.
Browsing still involves information: Vercel receives requests to deliver the website, directory choices appear in the page address, and saving a privacy choice stores a preference in your browser. Rejecting analytics does not stop the hosting requests needed to display the site.
Contact details are coming soon. A shared email address and business mailing address will be added after launch. The site currently has no contact or subscription form; this notice will be updated as those arrangements are established.
Who is responsible
ForexDemo.com is the website name. The legal name and location of the person or organisation responsible for the site have not yet been confirmed for this notice.
A single monitored inbox is planned for privacy requests, general questions, corrections and advertising enquiries. No working address is published yet. The Contact page explains the current position; it cannot yet be used to send a request.
Browsing, searches and hosting
Delivering the website
Vercel Inc. hosts this website. Loading a page or asset sends Vercel a request, including your IP address and the requested URL. Vercel describes processing visitor IP addresses, approximate location derived from them, system information and service logs for purposes including service operation, troubleshooting and security. It may process information in the United States and other countries where it operates. This hosting processing is separate from optional audience analytics.
The public website does not require sign-in. Separate development previews may use Vercel Authentication and its access cookies. See Vercel's privacy notice (new tab) for its own processing. That notice does not replace our responsibility to explain processing performed for this site.
Using the directories
Site-wide search and directory filtering run in your browser. Site-wide search uses a public search index delivered by the host and includes your search in the results-page address. The demo finder places searches, filters, comparison selections, the selected listing and page number in the page address. Professional Services searches and filters also appear there. There is no server-side ForexDemo.com search service.
Those addresses can remain in browser history and travel with links you share. Opening or reloading an address sends its path and query to the host, where they may appear in logs. Do not enter names, email addresses, account details or other confidential information in directory searches.
The site's fonts are served with the website; loading them does not require a request to Google Fonts. Broker signup and vendor enquiry links open external websites. ForexDemo.com does not receive the details you enter into those providers' forms through this directory.
Privacy settings and browser storage
Both analytics services are currently disabled. Accepting either service on this site does not connect it or send it page measurements. You can use here or in any page footer to accept both, reject both or save a separate choice for each. Closing the dialog without saving does not grant consent. The finder works without analytics.
Saving a choice writes one local-storage record in this browser for this site's address. It contains the two service choices, a consent version and an expiry time. It does not contain your name, email address or a visitor ID. The site uses it to remember your choice; it is not sent as a preference record to our server.
A choice is valid for 180 days from the last save. After that, the site treats it as no consent and asks again when it next checks. The stored record may remain until you replace it by saving another choice or remove it through your browser's site-data controls. Clearing it does not erase browser history or information held by a hosting provider. A choice applies to this browser and site address; other browsers, devices and preview addresses have their own choices.
If saving is unavailable, the analytics loader stays off on that page. This site's code does not currently set analytics cookies. Vercel's access-protection cookies, if used, are separate from these analytics choices.
Contact and email subscriptions
No contact form, newsletter signup, email list integration or ForexDemo.com account-registration service is active on this site. Analytics choices do not subscribe you to email.
Before an inbox is published, this notice needs to identify its provider and explain how messages are handled and retained. The intended use is to respond to enquiries, investigate corrections, discuss advertising and handle privacy requests. Enquiries will not automatically become marketing subscriptions. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, trading credentials or financial statements.
Any future email subscription will need its own clearly described purpose and separate opt-in. The sender, email provider, retention and unsubscribe arrangements must be explained before collecting subscribers.
Retention and processing locations
The browser-choice period is 180 days, as explained above. That is not a promise that hosting logs, authentication records or future analytics data are deleted after 180 days.
For its own processing, Vercel describes retention according to ongoing purposes, including legal and contractual obligations, business needs and dispute resolution. Its notice does not give one deletion period for every type of hosting record.
The specific retention and access arrangements for this project's hosting and access-protection records, and the applicable processing agreements and transfer safeguards, still need confirmation. A runtime-log viewing period does not establish how long all access or security records are kept. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion window or processing only in one country.
Correspondence and subscription retention are future decisions. The prepared Google cookie lifetime is 180 days, but Google account retention is a separate setting and has not been verified. None of those proposed arrangements establishes a current retention period for hosting records.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can change the browser preference using Privacy settings or remove it through your browser's site-data controls. On a protected development preview, removing site data may also remove its access cookies.
Depending on the law that applies, privacy rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, as well as a right to complain to a supervisory authority. Applicable rights and complaint routes depend on your location and the processing involved. Operator and contact details remain to be completed.
A working privacy-request channel is not yet published. We will add the shared inbox to the Contact page after it is set up. We do not ask you to send requests to an unverified address or promise a response time before that channel is available.
External websites and future changes
Broker and technology-provider websites have their own privacy notices and account terms. Read them before registering, requesting a demonstration or supplying personal information. Our analytics choice does not control those websites.
Before optional analytics is enabled
The prepared integration requires a separate affirmative choice for each provider. It is designed to send recognised page addresses while excluding query strings, fragments and referrers from its pageviews. That filtering does not remove information from hosting requests or browser history.
Provider settings, data handling, retention and any international transfers must be verified and described here before activation. If enabled, the prepared withdrawal control stops future measurement and reloads the page when needed to unload analytics code. It attempts to clear accessible Google Analytics cookies; it cannot recall requests already sent or erase provider-held data.
We will update this notice before introducing new collection and obtain any additional consent required. The update date above records the current description of the site; remaining contact and provider details will be added when confirmed.
