One inbox for your enquiries
We plan to handle general questions, research corrections, advertising enquiries and privacy requests through one monitored inbox. You will not need to find a separate privacy address.
Contact details are not yet confirmed. This page does not yet provide a working email address, phone number or contact form.
The shared email address and business mailing address will be added after launch. No address should be used for enquiries until it is published here.
ForexDemo.com is the website name. A phone contact is not currently available; a number and answering hours will be listed only if that service is established.
What to include
Once the shared email address is active, a clear subject will help us identify what you need.
- General enquiry: tell us which page or feature your question concerns.
- Research correction: include the broker or firm, legal entity and platform where relevant, the statement in question, and an official source supporting the correction.
- Advertising enquiry: include your business name, website and the placement or sponsorship you would like to discuss.
- Privacy request: explain your question or the action you are requesting. Use the same email address as other enquiries.
Please do not send passwords, identity documents, account login details or financial statements. This page does not offer broker account support; contact the relevant provider directly for help with its account or platform.
How we plan to handle messages
We plan to use your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry and keep an appropriate record of the correspondence. The email provider and retention arrangements will be confirmed before the inbox goes live.
For launch, reporting to advertisers and sponsors will be limited to aggregate audience statistics. Contact messages and email addresses are not included in those audience reports.
See the Privacy Policy for current hosting, searches and browser storage, as well as the contact details still to come. Our research methodology explains how we handle sources and unresolved findings.
